Do I need planning permission for an extension?

It depends on the size, position and your property. Some extensions fall under permitted development. We will check this with you at the start and coordinate any application needed.

Can you design the interior of the extension too?

Yes. We plan the kitchen, joinery, lighting and finishes alongside the building work.
