Questions

Is my loft suitable for a conversion?

It mainly depends on the head height, roof structure and where the stairs can go. We check this at the first survey.

Do loft conversions need planning permission?

Many fall under permitted development, but not all. Building regulations approval is always needed. We will guide you through both.
